We looked for a reason to keep caring for ourselves — not in willpower, but in someone waiting for us.셀프케어를 계속할 이유를 의지가 아니라 '나를 기다리는 존재'에서 찾고 싶었어요.

The name이름의 뜻

SOMA means body in Greek.SOMA는 그리스어로 몸을 뜻해요.
Caring for the body is caring for the mind, and caring for the mind is caring for the body. Body and mind are one.몸을 돌보는 일이 마음을 돌보는 일이고, 마음을 돌보는 일이 몸을 돌보는 일입니다. 몸과 마음은 하나입니다.
